Advanced Easy Size Change 300PPM 2 pieces Adult Pant Making Machine
Configuration and options:
► Drive System: The whole machine adopt servo motor driven, size change by interface.
► Inspection system: Auto raw material joint rejecting and alarm;
► Unwind and splice: Use Dual pneumatic shaft, independent servo unwinds auto joint material. Splice speed can be setup by interface.
► Human-machine interface:
- Interface install at machine middle position, English and Chinese language, and LED screen display.
- Raw material lacking, jointer, splice, fans, vacuum pump jump-off, all display on the screen.
- Rejection position and quantity can be set up.
4) Production speed (pcs/min), shift output, rejecting quantity, total capacity, is interface display.
►Safety devices:
With safety frame and door.
Frontal and ear side E-stop and safety line.
Speed up and down, alarm device button, easy operation.
Back drive upper layer add loft.
►Glue spray and coating control
- Reserved hot melt application position, spray and coating head keeps 90 degree towards materials, hoses fix-up at rear side, perforated vertical through face board.
- Working with hot melt units, can automatic spray and stop, manual control enabled.
- Supply 0-10V CD glue auto tracking signal. Angle control inside, controlled by separate servo motor
- Lamp installed at hot melt positions.

Quality Control:
HAINA have strict quality control process. After each components arrived in HAINA, our QC team will inspect the components base on the drawing . For the qualified components, we will mark a HAINA code on it. It is unique and are recorded in HAINA software system. For the unqualified components, will be returned to supplier.
